Your Account Manager will advise and guide you on our range of solutions to find the best option, and after implementation, they will help you get the most from the relationship.
Citybase works with its clients to accommodate all manner of specific requirements including assisting in rate negotiation programmes, the sourcing of new inventory in any location in the world, and making bespoke changes to My Account, your online booking tool. We can also set up apartment viewings to ensure apartments match your requirements, and for larger group bookings, we can arrange to be on site to meet and greet your group on arrival to help with the settling in process and to be on hand to answer any queries or questions. In addition we work with you to develop the most suitable payment processes and management reporting for your organisation.
Our Account Managers are supported by our Premier Team who handle the day to day enquiry and booking process along with all operational requirements. They are just a phone call or email away to provide any assistance you may need. If you select an online solution our Premier Team will still be there to support you.
My Account is an online booking system that lets you fully manage your bookings and booking process. It allows you to emulate your company’s hierarchy and booking authorisation levels so you and your people can book online by department or cost centre, with matching reporting. Any specific negotiated rates and preferred suppliers will be visible and can be booked from My Account. Any bookings you make over the phone with the Premier Team will be visible in My Account - you are free to mix and match how you book according to your needs, with My Account storing all of your data in one place.
